Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Looks Back at an Inspiring Kobe Bryant Message to Pursue Excellence

Alexis Ohanian, the 23 times Grand Slam champion Serena Williams’ husband, is one of the most down-to-earth people. He is humble and understands the value of every little thing in life. He knows how important taking care of those aspects is and the way they change one’s life.

Further, Ohanian appreciates people who stay in touch with their inner selves. Especially the ones who don’t get caught in the vicious net of fame. Speaking of which, he recently shared a clip of the late Kobe Bryant talking about the importance of love. 

Alexis Ohanian resonates with Bryant’s philosophy

The basketball legend, earlier in an interview, opened up about the one must-have quality that a person needs to be great. He spoke in depth about how love is important in the entire process of making an inspirational entity. And Ohanian, agreeing with Bryant, wrote, “Its love.” 

The shooting guard, who spent 20 years of his NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers, passed away in an unfortunate helicopter crash in January 2020. Following that, the entire world came to a pause. Basketball fans, non-basketball fans, everyone felt the loss.

The co-founder of Reddit tied the knot with the former World No 1 Serena Williams and welcomed Olympia in the year 2017. Since then, he has shown utter dedication toward his family and has shouldered every responsibility with a smile on his face.

Ohanian stayed alongside Williams during her entire retirement tour. He and Olympia cheered for and provided emotional support to the seven-time Wimbledon champion. She performed her last dance in this season’s American swing.
