The legendary American tennis player Chris Evert never actually considered seeing anyone after she met her second husband, Andy Mill. But everything changed for her when she met renowned golfer Greg Norman. The hardest part for her was not falling in love again, but rather telling Mill she felt something for Norman. Despite such difficulties, Evert knew how to talk to her husband about their deteriorating marriage and about Norman.
Even before the former world number one felt something for the former professional golfer. Her 18-year-long second marriage was facing a huge downfall, and as a couple and parents to their children, they even had marriage counseling to work on their differences and problems.

In 2009, 60 Minutes Australia had an interview with both Evert and Norman about their love, and how they broke all the barriers together. And now, after a decade, the news channel re-shared the same interview when both athletes were enjoying their time together. The 18-time Grand Slam champion and her third husband both talked about how they were soulmates, and explained how they came out of failing marriages to find comfort in each other.
In that conversation, she talked about how, from her perspective, she wanted to go to her husband at that time and be upfront about her feelings for Mill’s best friend, Norman.
