However, after a two-decade-long golf journey, the 33-year-old athlete has finally bid adieu to the game, this season. Now that she has moved away from the LPGA circuit, Wie West has now embarked on a new journey while diligently taking up various other endeavors.

The golf star recently showcased her athletic side, however, in a totally disparate sport, tennis. But, a slew of things didn’t go according to plan when the former golfer picked up a tennis racket. Taking note of the same, it is her friend and Serena Williams‘ husband, Alexis Ohanian who has now come forward to issue a unique offer to the golf legend.

Now that she has embarked on a new journey, Wie West has not held herself back from sharing snippets of her daily activities on social media. Recently, the American golf star also brought to light his latest ‘tennis’ interest as she has now ardently taken up the game.

While sharing a video clip of her forehand and backhand strokes, the 33-year-old jokingly revealed how she is quite disappointed with her skills in a totally disparate sport. On her recent Instagram story, she said, “IM DEAD In my mind, I felt sooo much more athletic than this Helpppppppppp @carowozniacki @geniebouchard @simpsonhoneysuckle @alexisohanian”

In the process, the golf legend also asked for some ‘tennis’ advice from her friends and the WTA players, Caroline Wozniacki and Eugenie Bouchard. Apart from the tennis stars, Wie West also tagged the avid sports fan and Serena Willaims’ husband, Alexis Ohanian. While addressing her queries on his Instagram story, the American entrepreneur said, “I’m obviously not the one to help but we could use your skills with @wearelagc”.

In his response, the Reddit co-founder made it clear that he was not the one to help with some tennis skills. But, he offered Wie West an opportunity to join his home golf team, Los Angeles Club. Here’s what the golf legend said about the unique offer from Ohanian.

And now, the tech entrepreneur is further keen to invite some prominent figures from the golf circuit.

After issuing a unique offer to the golf legend, Wie West, the Reddit co-founder received a positive response from her. On her Instagram story, she said, “I got you,” and added a string of ‘Flexed Biceps’ emojis.
