While Serena Williams has bid adieu to her tennis career, one of her former coaches continues to grow his academy. Well yes, the former coach in question is none other than Patrick Mouratoglou himself. His academy has been one of the most renowned practice places for top tennis players, including Stefanos Tsitsipas and Coco Gauff. Recently, Mouratoglou celebrated the grand opening of his resort in Biot, France. Unsurprisingly, a few celebrities showed up at the celebratory event. The retired French soccer star Adil Rami and actor Erika Januza were in the spotlight. However, it was the famous former American boxer, Mike Tyson, who had all the limelight.
Tyson and Mouratoglou have had a good relationship in recent years owing to the American tennis legend Serena Williams. While Mouratoglou formed a formidable partnership with the ‘Queen of the Court’, winning 10 Grand Slam titles, Mike Tyson, on the other hand, has had a few memorable moments with Serena.
