In the first round, it was from under the hood. What would it be at R4 for Jannik Sinner, as Anna Kalinskaya faces the former Wimbledon champion? However, looks and hoods can take a back seat for a moment, as many tennis fans must be wondering if he would be there for another Romeo-Juliet moment for the couple. The intensity has started to reach its peak in the Women’s section, as the championship moves towards the conclusion. And Kalinskaya certainly needs every support possible, particularly from her No. 1 fan!

Sinner was seen supporting Kalinskaya as she began her grass campaign, and it worked for her. The Russian zoomed past her initial round opponents with much ease. However, competition is getting tougher as the battle for making it to the quarterfinals reaches Day 2. And the Russian would be facing the former champion, Elena Rybakina. Hence, it’s not a wishful thing to think that Sinner would turn up to support Kalinskaya. Moreover, Sinner is on a recovery as he enjoys a free day before the thrilling quarterfinal against Daniil Medvedev.

Sinner features in the favorites to win the Grass Slam, while most of the women’s section favorites have been ousted till now, with the last blow meted to Coco Gauff. And as Kalinskaya is looking forward to making a memorable run at the Wimbledon, the Russian certainly wants to put on a good show of strength against Rybakina, the last favorite standing in the tournament. While she hopes for the miracle run, any tips from her World No.1 boyfriend would be welcome. And the presence of Sinner in her corner would certainly boost her confidence, in case she falters at any step.

He has come! With a poker face and black shirt, Sinner appears without a hood to support Kalinskaya as she battles Rybakina. And things seem to be working for the Russian tennis star, as she had a terrific start to her first set. Not yielding to the pressure put by the former Wimbledon champion. Certainly support from her beau is more than enough to counter any pressure!

Wimbledon too is in agreement about the presence of World N0.1 at the Centre Court. As they tweeted on their official account, “Strong support from Sinner on Centre Court.” Sinner has fueled the desire in Russian to win it more strongly than ever.
