In the viral video, we can see that a man who is allegedly the father is hitting his daughter. The video went viral on the internet in no time. It also caught the attention of a few from the tennis community. Here’s how Martina Navratilova, Pam Shriver, and others reacted to the incident.

Judy Murray, the mother of Andy Murray, was quick to share the video on her Twitter account. She wrote, Horrific example of parental physical abuse in junior tennis. Over to you to deal with this through whichever governing body he falls under @ITFTennis.”

.Reacting to the video, Navratilova wrote, “What the heck?!?”

Further, Australian tennis star Daria Saville explained how the incident will impact the young girl mentally.

“This girl is going to be broken forever. If you think someone is getting physically or mentally abused please support them and encourage them to talk to someone who can help. Offer to help them find a local domestic violence agency or offer to go to the police,” she urged.

Later, Indian tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi also raised his voice against the man. Further, the Indian also asked for providing necessary help to the victim.

American tennis star Paula Badosa also showed her concern for the victim.

Former American tennis star Pam Shriver also expressed her concern about the shocking incident. “OMG we all need to report, and press charges against this kind of horrible abuse,” she wrote.

Serena Williams’ former coach Patrick Mouratoglou also criticized the incident in strong words. The Frenchman took to his Twitter account and called for strict action against the man.
