Only a few days back, Stefanos Tsitsipas revealed that his love affair with Paula Badosa stemmed from a congratulatory text message that he had sent her after her second-round Italian Open victory against Ons Jabeur in May. However, the origin story of their romance may have its roots way back during the Australian Open this year when Badosa dreamed of a ‘romantic moment’ with Tsitsipas, as shared by the Spaniard herself.
After being asked about the beginning of her love story with Tsitsipas in a press meet at the ongoing
Wimbledon, Badosa said, “Yeah, I think you mean about that I had a dream about that? Yeah, well, I was injured in Australia. I watched his match, the final. Of course, I had jet lag because I was in Spain. I decided to watch that match. Surprising, because I never dream about tennis players, but I dreamt about him that night, that we were both winning Australian Open. Then it was like we were having a very romantic moment, but I’m not going to explain. I’m just going to leave it there.”"This is too. much." ~L. ESTRANGA. pic.twitter.com/Daqd4AKAQY
