Venus Williams wished to spend more time with Roger Federer
It is not just Federer’s fans who want to see him continue playing on the court. Venus Williams did not hide away her jealousy from her sister, Serena Williams, who got to spend more time with Roger Federer.
She took to her Instagram story and shared a picture of the two from Hopman Cup. She stated, “Kinda upset that @serenawilliams got to hang out and have more photos @rogerfederer than I did.”
The seven-time grand slam champion also hailed the 20-time grand slam champion through an Instagram post and stated, “The greatest ever. Miss you already.” Roger Federer had always wanted to play against Serena Williams as he had heard about her strong serve lot. At the 2019 Hopman Cup, a once-in-a-lifetime moment, the players got to play against each other in a doubles match.
Federer is ready to start an off-court life

The tennis legend had talked about his retirement earlier too. He had said that he was content even off the court and that tennis is a part of his identity.
The player has led a glorious career, and this year has seen the farewell of two GOATs of tennis. The player won his last grand slam title in 2018 at the Australian Open making it his 20th grand slam title.
