Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa never fail to make rounds in the sport. Naturally, blessing fans with their adorable chemistry and cute quirks don’t quite well do the trick. But let’s be real, when it comes to intriguing the community with heartfelt gestures, Tsitsipas has often gained the edge. Not that it’s competition or measurement of their emotions towards each other, just that the Greek loves expressing his fondness for the Spanish star when given the chance!

Tsitsipas tasked himself with a refreshing adventure at the Laver Cup. While his Team Europe thwarted Team World’s hopes for a three-peat by clinching the title, the ‘Greek God’ later engaged in unexpected celebratory moments with rival Daniil Medvedev. Meanwhile, Badosa was last witnessed in action at the US Open. Having regained her skin in the game, the Spaniard reached the last eight in New York before eventually bowing out Emma Navarro. And now, the couple is prepping for the Asian hardcourt swing. However, Tsitispas was in the mood to present his lover with an amusing gesture first.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Badosa uploaded a snapshot showcasing her cheerful side on the court. What followed was obvious, a comment from her boyfriend Tsitsipas. But, this wasn’t the usual lovey-dovey comment you’d expect. Surprising fans with an unusual reply, the former World No. 3 posted a GIF for a comment, wherein a Koala Bear was hugging the tree. This, in turn, displayed the Greek star’s hilarious yet affectionate side towards the 26-year-old WTA sensation.

Despite a brief split-up in May 2024, the duo rekindled, wherein Tsitsipas’s mother Julia Apostoli later revealed her first-hand assistance in helping them rediscover their love. Moreover, recent updates have showcased how the Greek’s interests are rubbing off on Badosa.
