The Greek tennis player recently announced that he is yet again parting ways with his coach after his US Open defeat. Tsitsipas has split with Philippoussis for the second time this year. However, that does not mean that he is all alone and with no one to guide him.
After yesterday’s disheartening defeat in singles, Tsitsipas joined hands with his brother to play in doubles. Eventually, the duo came out victorious. In an interview with Sports DNA, Tsitsipas confessed he has found the perfect coach in his girlfriend, Badosa.
As he was talking about coming up with a plan, he stated while pointing at Paula Badosa, “How do we not have, we have a coach here.”

Badosa played along with a laugh and added to it, “Yes, they discuss everything with me. I have to approve first.”
So, even though Philippoussis is not in Tsitsipas’ team anymore, he has got a successful WTA player to guide him. Even the brother of Stefanos shares a close relationship with Badosa. So it seems like this partnership is working for good.
