The Wimbledon Championships are a fest for the Britishers. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious tournaments that Britain hosts. Although the season started on an off-tone because of the ban and consequential stripping of ranking points, the clouds got cleared as soon as the matches started.

Fans shifted their focus to players and their gameplay on the fastest surface, and so did the royals. In fact, Prince William and Kate Middleton chose this year to give Prince George his first Wimbledon experience. However, what caught everyone’s attention apart from George was a very interesting and pleasing trait of the couple.

The couple who came to be a part of the finals of the grass majors unintentionally proved how great they are as parents. As Stanton, a body language expert, pointed out how ‘in sync’ they were while handling George during the entire the match. “At various points, Kate and Will could be seen matching and mirroring each other’s body language,” he said.

“For instance, turning their bodies in [sic] toward George, holding the same hand up into the air to address the crowds as they interacted with their son,” he added.
Thereafter, he highlighted, “Throughout their appearance at Wimbledon, we saw both Kate and William dote on George.”

Further, George, in his first Wimbledon experience, stole the show with his animated reactions while sitting in the royal box between his parents. As a reward for lifting the spirits of the game, he received a chance to touch the trophy.

From one end came the very experienced and six-times Wimbledon champion, Novak Djokovic. While from the other came the Australian tennis ace, Nick Kyrgios who was making his debut in the Grand Slam singles finals.

The Serb who secured his spot in the last round by thrashing the home favorite, Cameron Norrie, met the Aussie for the third time. However, this time, he finally furthered his score in the head-to-head records.
