The video put forth by AlphaFox showcases the exhilarating atmosphere of the bubble bull soccer game. This is an emerging sport that takes place annually at the Waconia Rodeo in Minnesota. 

As the participants don their bubble suits, resembling zorbs that cover their upper bodies and heads, the crowd eagerly anticipates the thrilling clash between human players and the charging bulls. 

With text flashing on the screen, the video reveals the game’s intriguing dynamics. The first player to score a goal secures a $50 prize, while the player who endures the hardest hit from a bull also earns $50. The combination of competition and spectacle makes bubble bull soccer a unique and entertaining sport that captivates the audience.

Fans react to the modern bullfighting

Many fans expressed their appreciation for bubble bull soccer as an alternative to traditional bullfighting. Comparing the two, one enthusiastic fan took to Twitter, stating, “This is acceptable, not the cruel acts performed in Spanish bullfighting! I believe this sport has the potential to gain popularity. I hope it does!”

However, a few fans also expressed concerns about player safety. With the zorb covering only the upper body, the lower body remains exposed, posing a risk of injury from the bull’s horns. A concerned fan humorously tweeted, “Requesting an extra set of bubbles around my genitals, thanks.”
