Equestrian sports have been a wealthy affair, dotted with huge estates with all lavish needs. But as time passed those huge estates required maintenance which was not possible due to cost or relocation. Every equestrian estate that lists for sale has a long and proud history associated with it.

A similar case is with the Spanish-style 50-acre equestrian estate situated in Northern California. The estate that was built back in 1941 still holds its original structure which adds to the value. The property came to market through Compass real estate firm which holds its listing. The estate has a lot to offer at a whopping $6.599 million price.

The 50-acre equestrian estate has a 4000-square-foot built-in residence that has a chapel inside along with five-bedroom and seven-bathroom.  The original chapel was refurbished into a family room. The new family room has a high beam ceiling of wood and French doors that opens into the courtyard and pool.  The entrance of the home features Carmel’s mission mural painting and in front of its a statue of La Virgen Maria and the name Villa Munras above the family crest.

The outside of the property contains ten large fenced pastures that have the capacity to accommodate fifty horses. The largest pasture is 10 acres in size and has a lake in it. Each pasture has multiple shelters with salt licks that provide shade for the horses.  Apart from this, there are two barns that contain eight stalls along with a tack room. The property also has wildlife in it like mallard ducks, Canada geese, deer, and more.

Speaking about the property Dillon Staples the co-listing agent of the listing company said, “Most know the property for its beauty that is visible from the road, but few have seen just how exquisite these 50 acres are.”  He further said that finding an equestrian land with such infrastructure with a European touch and fifteen minutes drive from the coast is unbelievable.
