Ever since bodybuilding has been gotten to the grips of fitness enthusiasts, coaches, and bodybuilders as a sport, the sport has a sense of masculinity pegged to it. From eminent bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, the Flex Wheeler, Greg Doucette to less prominent bodybuilding enthusiasts, the realm of bodybuilding has so far been masculine-biassed. Nevertheless, athletes like Stefan Cohen are transforming the dynamics by pitching in their views to the bodybuilding fraternity.

Laura Gorton from Long Sutton is a model upholding the Miss Wellness title 2023 in Manchester by partaking in the competition dubbed Miss Swimsuit United Kingdom. She is on a crusade to break the pigeonhole and stereotype of women with muscles being referred to as masculine.
