WNBA star Te’a Cooper and NFL running back Alvin Kamara are celebrating in very different ways this holiday season — Cooper with her baby and Kamara with injury troubles. Kamara’s injury, sustained in Week 15 of the NFL season, has turned out to be more serious than first thought. Interestingly, Kamara is not featured in any of these festive shots, which only serves to fan the rumors of the couple’s split. Speculation of a possible split between the two started this year, and with Kamara facing a groin injury, the situation is even more confusing. Still, neither Cooper nor Kamara has spoken about the rumors publicly. Instead, the goal for Kamara is to ensure he is in good health and has the chance to play again.

Te’a Cooper and Alvin Kamara started dating in 2021, around the time when Cooper had her divorce from Dwight Howard, an NBA player. The two started dating and kept their relationship private until they posted their pictures on Instagram later that year. The couple seemed to have a good relationship over the years as they posted pictures of them together often. They weren’t shy of posting photos of themselves whether on holidays or at the gym to their social media accounts.

Cooper also took to social media to celebrate Kamara’s 27th birthday with a beautiful message. The pair became parents to daughter Stori Kamara in December 2022. However, they did not initially bring their child out into the public eye, introducing her to fans in September 2024.
