The 2022 WNBA champion, Kelsey Plum, stands as one of the most talented players in the WNBA. She currently plays for the Las Vegas Aces as a guard. Recently, it was broadcasted that Plum was playing with a broken finger in the ongoing championship Finals game, but her reply has left the fans surprised.

During an interview, when Plum was asked if she was playing with a broken finger, she simply replied, ‘No.’ Plum’s decision to not disclose her injury during the WNBA Finals, draws a striking resemblance to the legendary Kobe Bryant‘s famous incident when he dislocated his finger during a match.

Being Kobe, he simply popped his finger back into place and continued to play, not revealing the extent of his injury to opponents or fans. Much like Kobe’s unwavering determination and desire to win at all costs, Plum’s decision to keep her injury private speaks volumes about her commitment to her team’s success.

Notably, Kelsey Plum and the Las Vegas Aces are on a path to achieve greatness.

The Las Vegas Aces is currently one of the strongest teams in the WNBA league. With stars like A’ja Wilson, Kelsey Plum, Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young and many more, the Aces have made their path to the 2023 WNBA championship Finals.
