With the number of games an athlete needs to play these days, the need of proper recovery and rest has never been more necessary. The WNBA Finals saw the NY Liberty take home a 2-0 deficit against the Las Vegas Aces. The tie cannot be considered over as yet with the Liberty yet to play a game at home. The NY Liberty also defeated the Aces in the Commissioners Cup earlier this year and look to replicate the same when they host the Aces for Game 3 in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
