Basketball fans were in for a treat at the All-Star Celebrity game on Friday Night. An enticing matchup between Team Shannon and Team Smith lit up the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Among the popular faces who witnessed Team Shannon holding off Team Smith 100-91 was two-time WNBA champion–Kelsey Plum.

The dynamic point guard from the Las Vegas Aces was having one of the rare moments when she was being a spectator on the sidelines. Moreover, after the game, she was seen engaging in banter with the popular basketball content creator Tristan Jass.

Kelsey Plum gets roasted by a YouTuber

After delivering a noteworthy performance which included 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists, Jass came face-to-face with Plum. Shaking his hand, the 29-year-old Aces’ star had a friendly message for Tristan. Apparently, she advised him to pass the ball which was later shared by the Bleacher Report’s official X handle. Following this, the 22-year-old YouTuber had a message of his own. He tweeted, “I had more assists at halftime than she averaged her whole last season… AND more assists at half time than her whole career average… You pass the ball @Kelseyplum10.”

Soon after, a barrage of comments flooded his account as people couldn’t control their laughter at his hilarious tweet. After a while, he commented again saying, “I was just tryna be nice and show some love… It is what it is.” Meanwhile, there were some Plum fans in the house who were not happy with Tristan’s disrespect.

The NFL star was unstoppable as he ended his night scoring 37 points and 16 rebounds. As a result, he was adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the match. Moreover, he was able to get the crowd on their feet throughout the night with his aggressive and dominant style of play. All in all, it was a thrilling night for the fans.
