The Las Vegas Aces’ recent matchup against the Indiana Fever marked a big milestone for A’ja Wilson. She became the only player in the history of the WNBA to score 100+ points and 50+ rebounds within 4 games into the season.

In her recent matchup against Indiana Fever, she scored 29 points, 15 rebounds, and 2 assists marking her 4th double-double. Her first three double-doubles include 30 points and 13 rebounds against Phoenix, 22 points and 10 rebounds against LA, and 21 points and 13 rebounds in another game against Phoenix.

The game took another fascinating turn when Wilson threw in her 4th free throw, with which she set a record of having 1000 made career free throws in a regular season. She has achieved this milestone in just 193 games, leading Angel McCoughtry with 195 and Breanna Stewart with 207 games respectively.

Also, A’ja Wilson set a few single-season records in the 2023 season. Notably, she recorded 20 and above points in 29 games. She established another single-season record, making an impressive 335 field goals. Extending her shooting skills, Wilson made a record in 2-point field goals amassing 326 shots setting another record.
