Caitlin Clark taking on Angel Reese for the first time as a pro

Two top-notch rookies will add a new chapter to their rivalry on June 1 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The two will feature in an all-Eastern Conference affair for a crucial WNBA Commissioner’s Cup clash. So far, Angel Reese and Chicago are clearly having a better campaign, winning 2 out of their 4 games. This places them third in the overall standings. On the other hand, the individual brilliance of Caitlin Clark is not much of a help for the Fever, as they have secured only 1 win out of their 6 games and are sitting at the bottom of the table.

Anyhow, before these two franchises go against one another, they have some roadblocks in their way. As it turns out, Caitlin Clark and Co. will have the LA Sparks and the Seattle Storm pay them a visit on Tuesday and Thursday evening, respectively. At the same time, the Sky will also host these two opponents but in opposite order. Clearly, the occasion is enthralling for the supporters of women’s basketball. These two have proven in the past how their participation can result in record-breaking TV ratings and sold-out arenas. Something similar is expected again when these two phenomenal athletes share the court once again.
