The Indiana Fever will be missing out on the services of two of their ballers who are nursing their respective injuries. These are center Temi Fagbenle and forward Damiris Dantas. The 31-year-old Fagbenle has been absent from the court since May 28 in Fever’s face-off against LA Sparks. Unfortunately, the contest resulted in her suffering from a left foot injury.

Following this, she has been undergoing treatment as well as rehabilitation. Head coach Christie Sides had provided further insight on her current condition following Indiana’s loss against Connecticut. She said, “We’re looking to getting Temi back as soon as possible. She’s going to be reevaluated this week and we’ll know something more about midweek.”

As for Damiris Dantas, there is no telling when the fans can witness her comeback. The No.12 of the Indiana Fever is currently suffering from a foot injury. The 31-year-old is yet to feature in a single game for the Fever this season. Moreover, she was also not in the team’s training camps before the start of the season due to some visa issues.

Moving towards Chicago’s locker room, 10-year veteran Elizabeth Williams will be missing out as she tore her meniscus in her right knee in Chicago’s game against the Mystics. According to a news release, she will soon be requiring surgery.
