592. That is the delegation of this year’s Olympians representing the United States. This includes a 12-member charismatic group aiming for an 8th straight Olympic gold. But before that, 2 out of this “next chapter in The Greatest Dynasty Ever” had some enticing revelations to make. WNBA superstars A’ja Wilson and Sabrina Ionescu, before kick-starting their campaign, found a very interesting way to engage their supporters in their stats.

Media and news company Betches, like the rest, certainly are soaking in the Olympic fever. At least that’s what their latest post involving some eminent Olympians suggests. The post features some never-before-known facts about these athletes, including Wilson and Ionescu, with a very smooth connection to their respective accomplishments using numbers.

While everyone is aware that A’ja Wilson is a 2× WNBA MVP, the lesser known truth for many is that she takes out 8 hours every week to stream ‘King of R&B’ Usher. Well, this does not come as a surprise, given the fact how crazy the 27-year-old really is about him. Not only did she invite him to the Aces’ victory parade but also enthusiastically attended the ‘My Way’ concert in Las Vegas.

In addition to this, there was a series of questions shot towards her. As it turns out, her favorite movie happens to be Rush Hour 3. So much so that she can quote every word of it. Meanwhile, the 6× WNBA All-Star frequently dines at the Catch and the card game Uno is something she brings to a party. Being among the fittest athletes in the WNBA, it’s astonishing that Wilson would rather get a root canal than do cardio.

Also, in an earlier interview with Women’s Health, the Aces No.22 expressed that her go-to makeup product is Maybelline’s Great Lash Mascara for a full glam moment. She swears by them here as well when asked about her preferred make-up product.

While Wilson’s answers do have the potential to gain a lot of traction, Liberty’s point guard Sabrina Ionescu also makes a compelling case for herself.

The candid revelations of Sabrina Ionescu

Hardly anyone would argue that Sabrina Ionescu is a sharpshooting queen of the WNBA. However, what might serve as a bone of contention among her fans is that Stephen Curry is the most popular entity on her phone. Well, some will still be sulking over her loss to the Warriors’ golden boy in the 3-Point Challenge by a narrow margin of 3 points earlier this year.

Undeniably, Ionescu’s 4 career triple-doubles are a delightful sight for her fans. But, seeing her buy Slurpees at 7-Eleven is also worth watching. Moreover, rocking Nike Low Dunks in middle school also has a lot to do with her spending 12 hours a week on sneaker scrolling. Well, that gives her enough time to check out all her texts as she leaves none of them in an unread state. And, it is highly unlikely that the NCAA all-time leader in triple-doubles will wear her signature scent, Chanel No.5 while performing planks. According to her, that is equivalent to an exorcism.

This interactive session does provide a fair reflection of their personalities. Be that as it may, both these athletes will now focus on the task at hand. A lot will depend on their performances if Team USA wants to grab the highest Olympic honor.

Stay tuned for more such updates. And, join us for the exciting pilot episode of the “Dual Threat Show”. Our host BG12 sits down with Georgia Bulldogs star and SEC All-Freshman Team Selection, Silas Demary Jr.
