Caitlin Clark is slowly becoming the adorable “pup” for her fans. However, nothing hides her inner beast as the golden rookie takes on the floor for the Indiana Fever. The 22-year-old gave her fans another similar moment in a game against the Phoenix Mercury. While the sports photographer Bri Lewerke has so far shared the cute “zoomies” of the guard, this time, she has ditched those for the angrier Clark. Consequently, fans are in absolute awe of the WNBA’s current assists leader.

Indiana fans love the comfort level between Caitlin Clark and Bri Lewerke. Mostly because the photographer captures unarguably the best shots of the rookie. She recently took to her Instagram to post a series of photos. In them, Caitlin Clark left the floor due to her momentum and then made an angry face at the crowd to hype them up. Indeed, the spectators loved to see her other side. Lewerke captioned the post, “Aura ✨ Still not over the stank face so had to post the photo series.”

Interestingly, all previous photos by Lewerke have shown how adorable the Des Moines native is. These posts have included Caitlin Clark before the games in shoot-around practice sessions. One of the posts is also about the rookie boasting her photography skills. Therein, she takes up the camera from the professional photographer and faces her teammates and fans for their impressive clicks.

However, we can understand why this particular game is a favorite for Lewerke. Against Phoenix, the Fever had the highest lead of 31 points. While they faced a slump when Kahleah Copper took the reins under control, Indiana came out on top in the end. Looking at these photos, the Fever fans are loving their first overall pick.

The inner “Hulk” of Caitlin Clark excites her fans yet another time

The NCAA’s all-time leading scorer is well-known for her interaction with the fans. She not only waits for her followers to catch up with her but also hypes them up during the games. However, the ever-so-jolly and goofball Caitlin Clark is only outside the lines. In between, she means business. Hence, when everyone saw the rookie up close in her passionate form, they couldn’t help but love her for the same. One fan mentioned the same as they commented on her fierce mode.

What’s your perspective on:

Caitlin Clark's transformation is unreal—Is she the most exciting player in the WNBA right now?

“Beast mode! This girl’s fierce!”

Most of the time, Caitlin Clark’s candid photos are either her smiling or deep in her own thoughts. But these ones had the capacity to increase the heat and the cheers in any room. A follower complimented the same about the rookie as they mentioned how the face could be perceived as her being mean.

“That’s one mean mug!”

There was no shortage of Caitlin Clark lovers in the comment section of Lewerke’s post. Another WNBA follower and a clear No. 22 fan gave their review on the rookie’s face. They also opined that they love it as it probably shows how competitive she can be.

“I love the growly face.”

While Caitlin Clark did not bring any superhero like Angel Reese or A’ja Wilson did with their shoes, the fans surely drew some parallels. One person said how the 2x NPOY looks like the Hulk. Looking closely at the photos, we can relate to that too. But of course, it is all in the positive sense. Since just like Bruce Banner, Clark is quite unusually funny. But when it is time to fight, the Hulk only knows how to smash things, which the guard does with her opponents. Increasing confidence perhaps?

“Looks like the Hulk! “CAIT SMASH!” 🤣”

There was no way that the fans would leave the golden rookie’s image as that of a serious person for long. Resonating with the same, one Caitlin Clark fan took to the comments to take everyone back to the adorable CC. In fact, they almost laughed at her for trying to look savage as they suggested that Clark could think whatever she wants but she would stay cute for them.

“She thinks she’s savage but she’s just cute 🤣”

Cute or not, we are seeing how relaxed the former Hawkeye is getting in the WNBA. After their next game against the Dallas Wings, the fans may not see a lot of her as she plans to stay at her home with family for some time. Still, rest assured we can believe that the current assists leader of the league will return to set fire to the court.
