Caitlin Clark is all for winning. Everything she does is heavily scrutinized, even her fashion statement catches the eyes of the fan. Hence, before the Indiana Fever game on Saturday, Clark sent down a clear message to her opponents. She made an appearance in a light brown Gucci suit that had a double-breasted coat. But in spite of wearing the $5450 fashionable suit from Gucci, it was her top that caught all eyes.

Clark wore a white top that she had previously donned at the Saturday Night Live when she had appeared on the show in mid-April. The program had screened before her draft in the WNBA when she was in New York to attend the draft class. And now since she is clashing against the Liberty which is a New York-based franchise, Clark adorned the same top which according to many is a strong message on her part hinting at the successful time she is going to have while being at loggerheads against the Liberty at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis.

This will be the fourth game between the Indiana Fever and the New York Liberty this season. For the previous three games, one was played at the Indianapolis and the remaining two took place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The Fever lost all the games by decent margins. The nearest Clark & Co. have come to the Liberty was during the matchup at Barclays Center in mid-May when the Fever scored 80 points whereas the Liberty added 91 points. And in all her pre-match appearances, Clark’s costumes have hooked readers.

During her appearance in the game against the Liberty in early June, Clark wore a casual ‘Salmon pink printed silk shirt’ that was worth $1790. She paired it with the same design silk pants that cost $1550. She had attracted a lot of limelight then for her fashion statement and now that Clark has worn a semi-casual attire, it does send signals to the opponents and fans that much like her fashion sense, Clark isn’t to be taken lightly even on the court. Fans meanwhile took a liking to her dress.

The user was happy that Clark was reusing her clothes which is essential during the time of fast fashion as it is a major reason for environmental damage. Even a celebrity like Clark reusing her clothes can teach a lot of fans about sustainability.

“CC you better go to work today,” another fan indirectly admired the fashion sense by stating that Clark must go to work today. It looked as if the fan was hinting that the dress was perfect as work attire. And notably as mentioned Clark will clash with the Liberty for the fourth time this season and hopefully, she will do something that she hasn’t been able to in the previous meets, and come out as a winner this time.

“She has to do sideline reporting for the NBA during her offseason,” another fan expressed. The user was trying to drop hints that Clark looks stunning and has an exceptional fashion sense so much so that she looked like a reporter all dressed up to do her job for the NBA. And considering her gaming acumen and her brilliant communication skills, who knows Clark might be up for a reporter’s job. For the record, she has a minor in communication studies.

“Walking with your hands in your pockets is a sign of no confidence,” one fan was not impressed by her attire and instead chose to analyze her gestures. As per the hater, Clark’s hands were in her pockets which meant she was not confident. The user must be referring to the fact that Clark has lost all three meetings against the New York Liberty and surely it would have affected the way she thinks about Sabrina Ionescu’s team.

“She means “business” today boyyyyy,” noticed another fan that she was wearing a semi-formal blazer and was up for business. Her persona must have sent shivers down the Liberty locker room and they will consider their tactics before taking the floor tonight. Hopefully, this time Clark will propel her team to a victory and redeem herself.
