As soon as Caitlin Clark’s post caught the attention of her Iowa teammates, the love poured in for their former college friend, who has quickly become the face of the WNBA. Gyamfi, who played alongside Clark for two years and is now heading into her third season with the Hawkeyes.
Another former Iowa standout, Gabbie Marshall, also reached out, eager for a reunion with Caitlin Clark. Having pursued a different path since leaving Iowa, Marshall made it clear she hasn’t forgotten her friend. With excitement in her message, Marshall wrote, “Can’t wait to see you soon.” Well, it’s evident that Clark’s influence extends beyond the court.
