The fashion sense of Angel Reese needs no validation. At a time when signature shoes are making major headlines, the Chi-Town Barbie gets her viral shoe moment before the high-intensity clash between the Chicago Sky and the New York Liberty. After rocking the Reebok Solution PEs on her WNBA debut, Reese now gives a glimpse of a signature shoe concept to her fans from her social media handles.

Recently, Angel Reese posted some exquisite pictures of a masterpiece by artist Marvin Baroota. Captioned “WE GOT SOME HEAT COMING! “ the post features some glam shots of a pair of custom sneakers that Reese later decided to flaunt during the warm-up sessions at the Barclays Center.

These custom Reebok Solutions reflect the style and personality of the three-time All-American forward. It comprises the combination of the three sky blue, yellow, and green colors which symbolize the franchise. In addition to this, the shoe also has Reese’s nickname “Chi-Barbie” and her Jersey no. printed on the logo on the right and left shoe respectively.

Further, the right sole has a sky-blue tint on it whereas the left one has a yellow. Speaking about the vamp of the shoes, the right side has the letter A along with an angel ring on its head. The left shoe on the other hand displays the “Reese” surname. The Reebok logo takes its place on the tongue of the shoes which carry the color yellow.

Anyhow, this is not the first time, Reese’s footwear has grabbed so much traction.

Angel Reese highlights her debut with Reebok Solution Low Customs

The inaugural piece of custom footwear that Angel Reese donned as a pro was a magnificent pair of Reebok Solution Low PEs. These season opener custom shoes incorporate the Reebok logo, shoelaces and the toe of the shoe with white and pink colors. On top of that, the inside of the shoes consists of the phrase “Unapologetically Angel”. The first name of the 6 ft 3 in forward is also carved on the tongue of these kicks which gained a lot of attention among fans.

This comes as a result of Reese’ partnership with Reebok who is trying to make its way back into the basketball leagues. The multi-year deal was officiated in October 2023, which the 22-year-old agreed with against the popular choice of Nike. “I wanted be a priority,” she stated. “I don’t like doing what everybody do. I like to do the complete opposite. I’m bringing Reebok back.” 

Trough the many viral moments, Reese is sure on the way to help Reebok reach its goal alongside Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iverson who assume the President and Vice President’s roles respectively. Being upcoming sports icons in the professional world, Reese has fared well in excelling her off court endeavours.
