Many would believe that former Stanford standout Cameron Brink didn’t have a fairytale start to her professional career. Just as she was starting to cement her feet in the league, a torn ACL will now keep the rookie out of action for the rest of the season. On top of that, the 2024 Lisa Leslie Award winner is forced to sit on the sidelines for the upcoming 3×3 Olympics. Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean that she can’t cherish some moments outside the domains of the hardwood.
The 22-year-old has recently undergone a successful surgery to heal her damaged ligament and is currently under rehabilitation. In spite of that, Brink made the most of her off-court time. Accompanied by her boyfriend Ben Felter and her dog Olive, she decided to spend some quality time and had a day out. Moreover, she also shared the special moments of the day with her fans by uploading a post on Instagram captioned, “So much change, yet so much joy.”
