Amidst the heated on-court battles, WNBA fashion is another trend that the internet has been buzzing with. While her on-court displays continue to captivate fans across the country, Caitlin Clark is winning off the court too. After back-to-back Prada looks, the 2x Naismith Player of the Year is back with another complete outfit by the luxury brand. In fact, the rookie, who only earns $76,535 through her WNBA contract, might have had some hefty bills to pay as she turned up the heat before the game against Chicago.

In Sunday’s game, Caitlin Clark dropped another head-to-toe Prada look while entering the Wintrust Arena. What was very surprising was that for a few minutes of the pregame tunnel walk, the Iowa alumna seemed to have spent a whopping 11% of her annual salary. Looks like she is digging into her deep well of $5 million net worth to tackle Angel Reese, who also flaunted her outfit ahead of the big game.

Indiana Fever’s official Instagram account showed off the rook to their followers. They aptly captioned the post by writing, “another @caitlinclark22 Prada moment 🔥”

The official account of Caitlin Clark Style broke down her outfit for the day and gave an insight into the day’s total indulgence. For her outfit, Caitlin Clark wore Prada’s Silk polo mini dress in slate grey. This reinterpreted menswear classic cost her $2950. She adorned the fit with some chunky Prada loafers. The ‘Chocolate patent leather loafers’ in black come in at $1200. She completed the look with the costliest accessory of the night, a mini handbag. Complementing the loafers, she chose a black Prada Galleria patent leather mini bag. It costs a whopping $4100.

The entire bill of $8,250 makes up around 11% of her entire rookie salary. Certainly, Caitlin Clark leaves no crumbs for the opponents. But her tunnel game is not the only thing that keeps people wanting more.

Another record-breaking night for Caitlin Clark

The Indiana Fever may have lost to the hosts in an intense back-and-forth game. However, the first overall pick did not disappoint. Just 10 days ago, Caitlin Clark became the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 75+ assists in 15 games. But what she did in this game certainly adds more feathers to her already heavy crown. In Sky vs Fever, she set a franchise record for most assists with 13 in a game. She also tied for the third spot for most assists by a rookie in the WNBA.

Setting new records did not end there for the 3x Nancy Liberman awardee. She also became the first rookie in league history to record 15+ points, 10+ assists, and 5+ three-pointers made in a single game. The Fever lost 88-87 despite leading by 12 points in the fourth quarter. Nevertheless, the point guard capped off the visit to the Windy City with 17 points and 13 assists for a double-double. She also added 6 rebounds and 4 steals in the thriller. On the other side, Reese had a monster game with 25 points and 16 rebounds.
