Nonetheless, she was making contributions in all the other aspects as she reached a double-digit figure in rebounds. Then, she buried her 8th attempt from way downtown with 2 minutes of regulation time still remaining. After this, the 19,103 present at the Crypto.com Arena witnessed a moment of brilliance in the final minute. She knocked down her 2nd beyond-the-arc shot from deep down which was enough to get the crowd off their feet.

Still, there were some gray areas for the 2× USBWA National Player of the Year. That’s where her teammates stepped up and rose to the occasion.

Regardless, she got some much-needed assistance from Kelsey Mitchell who secured 18 points, and Aliyah Boston who registered a season-high 17 points. Further, Temi Fagbenle came off the bench and delivered a career-best 17 points.

A phenomenal effort by Indiana. After losing three games by close margins, the Fever opened their account with this impressive display.
