WNBA announces Chicago’s next preseason for live stream. Like Dwyane Wade said on his podcast, Chicago truly loves good hoopers. And when Angel Reese is a part of their family, there is no way that the Windy City civilians will back down from getting their game on the broadcasting schedule, even if it is just a pre-season action. Listening to all the Bayou Barbie fans and veterans like Brittney Griner, the WNBA took quick action to get them aboard their app for League Pass streaming.
Giving the basketball world hope of a bright future, the W announced their latest broadcasting update. Women’s Hoops Network quickly shared it to its Instagram followers captioning, “BREAKING: The WNBA has changed their preseason schedule according to LP app 🎉 They will now stream the Chicago Sky vs. NY Liberty on League Pass this Tuesday!”

The news came in just as the women’s sports fans were turning against the league and Caitlin Clark while Sky coach Teresa Weatherspoon addressed her views in the post-game interview. According to the W, there were broadcasting issues that left the fans devoid of watching their lottery picks playing. Fortunately, a fan took out their phone and started live streaming the game on their X account. The infamously ‘illegal’ way to grab both Reese and Kamilla Cardoso in some hot action got over 200,000 views, potentially making the league see the value that Chicago also carries now.
The fans can watch the next pregame matchup between the Chicago Sky and last year’s finalists New York Liberty on the WNBA app using their League Pass. Let us learn more about this upcoming action.

The Big Apple was very good to Angel Reese when she went there for the 2024 WNBA draft. But now as their team visits Chicago, will the favor be returned? No matter what happens, one thing is a surety in Tuesday’s match– the fans will be a part of an extremely exciting game. The Liberty will come with too-hot-to-handle talent like Breanna Stewart who can very easily give the Chi rookies a flashback to their Caitlin Clark matchups. WNBA’s veteran Breanna Stewart will also be a part of the Yorky team. Fans can also expect the efficient passer Courtney Vandersloot to display her prowess on the floor. However, the roster will not be at its 100% with four of its players on the GTD status.
On the other end of the floor will be the defensive former Tiger Angel Reese who has already proven her worth in Sky’s first game. The table-toppers Lindsay Allen, Dana Evans, Michaela Onyenwere, and Chennedy Carter will join the rookie. However, Kamilla Cardoso is on the GTD status from her injury in the debut game against the Minnesota Lynx.
