One of the best feelings in the world is to find an old picture. More than that, it revives a memory stored deep inside our minds. Known as the throwback culture on the internet, it often reminds us to cherish our lives. Wife of World No. 1 tennis player Novak Djokovic, Jelena, recently shared a picture of them celebrating two ceremonies.

Currently, the Serbians have been married for six years now and have been together since 2005. They have two children– older son Stefan Djokovic and younger daughter Tara Djokovic. Even with the height of Djokovic’s success, the high school lovers and their family is inseparable. For that, the 17 times Grand Slam winner’s taste in flowers is to be blamed.

The 33-year-old Serbian is one of the brightest talents in tennis. His unrelenting style of tennis has earned him a place in the Big Three of tennis. Usually, in comparisons with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, the Serbian has steered past many world records.

While 1001 roses cannot be a record-breaking number, but it is also not a common feat. In her throwback picture, Jelena and Novak are celebrating their second anniversary and Novak’s Davis Cup victory. Along with their adorable picture is the caption,

“Picture from the attic! I see how we look here as if we were elementary school students, and with 1001 roses we celebrated the two-year anniversary of having fun and winning the Davis Cup.”


Notably, flowers are not the first time for Serbia’s best. She highlights, “Nothing without dear Joca and his magical floral solutions.”

Subsequently defending the Australian Open, the Serbian will retain his rank until the end of 2020. As he seizes his rank in two games in Austria, Djokovic throws the next game to lucky loser Sonega.

Following the Vienna exit, Serbian’s final appearance of the season will be in London for the ATP Finals. According to ATPTour.com, Novak can break Federer’s record of 310 weeks at Number 1 in March 2021. On the other hand, life is a bed of roses for 33 years old Serbian. Needless to say, the support of wife Jelena throughout his career has paved way for enormous success.
