Valorant nerfed Jett in the latest patch update

Since her introduction in the game in 2017, Jett has been a go-to choice for many players. Furthermore, she has consistently made an appearance in all Valorant competitive tournaments. With pro players and casual players liking the character, Riot Games’ decision to nerf the character does not make sense.

According to the recent patch notes, Jett’s 12-second dash window is brought down to 7.5 seconds. Furthermore, her activation windup time is increased from 0.75 seconds to 1 second. Her Cloudburst ability was also nerfed with a decrease from 4.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds.

Her Updraft ability can now be triggered only once per match along with her Blade Storm ult needing 8 points in place of 7. This nerf in almost all abilities of Jett has caused a furor in the community, leading to fans voicing their opinions.
