Who is Kevin Anderson’s Wife, Kelsey Anderson?

For seven years now, Kevin Anderson and Kelsey Anderson have been married and it has been nothing less than a match made in heaven. Kevin married Kelsey, his college girlfriend, in September, 2011. Since then, they have been an admirable couple and seem to share good relationship values.

Who is Kelsey Anderson?

In terms of being an athlete, Kelsey isn’t far behind her husband. Kelsey had played a lot of golf when she was younger and represented the University of Illinois in several tournaments.

A talented writer-

Kelsey has been the woman behind the successful “Tour Wife Tales” blog, an autobiographical account of following her man across the world as he competes in tennis’ biggest tournaments.

It’s a favourite with the likes of Andy Murray is a self-confessed fan. She also writes articles and features about her journeys on a freelance basis, and they’re well worth a read.

Where did Kevin and Kelsey meet?

Both attended the University of Illinois from 2008. It was a time when Kevin Anderson was developing his game and his booming service was helping him win regional as well as national level titles. The duo is known to have met during their time in the university

They got married in 2011 and went to St. Lucia for honeymoon. The couple seem to be like-minded and understanding. She takes good care and organises everything from her partner’s flights, to booking accommodation for him and his coaching staff.

Speaking to IOL, Anderson estimates they spend about $100 000 per year just on travel and accommodation. Their travel costs, in some of their trips, include bringing their dogs along, too.
