Felix Auger Aliassime has been dating Croatian equestrian, Nina Ghaibi. The Canadian, despite being only 20-years-old, has already established a decent tennis career. He is one of the rising stars and always had a spotlight on him since his emergence.

Nina is just a few weeks older than Felix. Equestrian runs through her family as her father and sister have played their parts in the sport. Although her family hails from Croatia, they reside in California.

When did Felix Auger Aliassime and Nina Ghaibi start dating?

Felix Auger Aliassime and Nina Ghaibi started dating in early 2019. They have been vocal about their relationship. Both Felix and Nina have even posted photos with each other on their social media handles. Felix never misses celebrating festivals with Nina.

Felix celebrated his 20th birthday with Nina, who posted a photo on Instagram on the occasion. The Croatian wrote about Felix and herself leaving their teens together.

Her caption was: “Happy birthdaaaaay to this one🤍 Spent our last year as teens making the best memories together. The true love story is in the last picture though.”

Felix celebrates the first time he met Nina

Felix occasionally posts photos of Nina too, but only on special occasions looking at his track record. Felix and Nina celebrated Christmas 2020 together and sent their wishes during the troublesome time of coronavirus.

“Despite the difficult times we’re going through, I hope you can still share precious moments with your loved ones, either in person (if possible) or virtually. Merry Christmas! Joyeux Noël”

In March 2021, Felix posted a photo on Instagram sharing a memory with Nina. He revealed that he and Nina had met each other in March 2019 and thus were celebrating two years of that moment.

“Well, I’m pretty happy our paths crossed two years ago. Two years of love and happiness. To many more in the future.”

Felix’s women’s day tribute

On the occasion of Women’s Day, Felix named Nina as one of the most important women in his life. He first named his mother, then his sister, and then came Nina.

“My mom would take the first position, she’s obviously the reason I’m here and she is the most important person in my life. And my sister as well, she inspires me because of how much she works and how disciplined she is and how she goes about her life.”

“My girlfriend, we’ve been together for almost two years now. These would be the three most important women in my life,” Felix said.

The connection between Felix Auger Aliassime and Matteo Berrettini

Nina Ghaibi is a good friend of Croatian-born Australian tennis player Ajla Tomljanovic. Tomljanovic currently is in a relationship with Italian stalwart, Matteo Berrettini and was in a relationship with Nick Kyrgios prior to that. Through Nina and Alja, Felix and Matteo, too, have become good friends.

Not only have the two paired up in doubles as partners but also trained together for the Australian Open 2021.
