Hajj-Malik Williams, a highly-skilled, seasoned leader signal-caller who made it in time to participate in Rebels’ spring practice. He currently serves UNLV Rebels as a quarterback and pursuing his graduation. Describing the contribution of her mother to his career, William stated, “My mom wanted to make sure I wasn’t in trouble, keeping me busy with sports and up with my schoolwork.” Along with that, he added, “I fell in love with the sport, won a lot of championships, and made a lot of relationships.” Not to surprise, he admitted his father’s contribution to his journey also and mentioned, “They both did a great job with me, although they were separated. My mom kept on me, particularly with my grades.

The most intriguing fact is that William has a dual sport prowess; he played soccer till he was three and then at the age of five he began to play football. Additionally, he inherited a strong work ethic from his mother, which is why he consistently acknowledges his creator, coaches, mentors, and teammates for his achievements and recognition.
