The Coronavirus pandemic has seen sports left in a state of limbo. The UFC is no different as fight nights are canceled and fighters are unable or refusing to travel during the quarantine. They are posting regular videos of workout sessions or taking shots at some of their rivals. Francis Ngannou is the latest fighter to post a workout video.
The 2nd ranked Heavyweight Fighter tweeted a workout video. It featured him lifting a barbell and moving his legs thereby strengthening his core. The tweet is captioned, “Working on my core-antine.”

As with every social media post, his workout too received plenty of reactions. One user tweeted Ngannou was making him feel bad about how he is spending his own quarantine time. At the same time, many others praised ‘The Predator’ and encouraged him to focus on his grappling skills too. The advice could prove to be tough as the world is in a lockdown with social distancing and self-isolation being the norm.

Late last month he stated he was open to fighting at UFC 249 if the company schedules his match at the event.
