Playing against the Giants, the SB winner gave an earful to linebacker Jihad Ward. A-Rod, who’s currently playing his 18th season, showed that he isn’t backing off from on-field banter. The recent Hard Knocks episode was a delight for Rodgers’s fans and shows that the old horse is still keeping the inner flame alive.

The HBO’s TV series “Hard Knocks” covered a war of words between Jets’s Rodgers and Giants’s Jihad Ward. It all happened during A-Rod’s unofficial Jets debut game against the Giants last Saturday.

It started with Ward giving a forearm shove to the 39-year-old as the QB threw a pass. The SB MVP wasn’t one bit impressed and let Ward know the same instantly.

Rodgers said with some fire “Show some respect, bro,” and followed it up with “C’mon, what the f*** is that? Five damn steps? I don’t even know who you are, bro.”

Jihad replied with a touch of ignorance: “I don’t know you.”

Later on, as the GOAT QB completed a touchdown pass to Garrett Wilson, he chirped back at the Giants LB, saying “Don’t poke the bear.” Rodgers absolutely won the banter in front of a special guest!
