Novak Djokovic has always been a family man for the majority of his life. An all-out legend, Novak is flawless on the court.

In fact, he has been the most impressive player in the last decade. Starting off the year with an impressive Australian Open campaign, Novak is currently in the best form of his life. He was also an impressive match winning streak that continued till the Coronavirus pandemic.

However, when the time came to unload, Novak became an out and out family man. He was seen singing with his wife Jelena at an event held under the aegis of the Novak Djokovic Foundation.

Why were Novak Djokovic and his wife singing? 

Novak was in the capital city of Serbia, Belgrade, for an event of his foundation. Firstly, a video surfaced which saw him playing some tennis with the kids in the street.

He described the experience while talking in the evening at the Novak Djokovic Foundation event.

It was spontaneous, the first time I saw someone playing tennis in the neighbourhood,” he said according to Sasa Ozmo of Sportklub. “I saw someone recording, but I didn’t know it’s out there. We marked the lines and I promised them the net. These are the moments one lives for, my heart was full.”

However, the best moment of the day came later in the evening. Novak and his wife had a good sing and dance for the capacity crowd that was in for the treat of their lives. Jelena also posted the video on her Instagram account captioning it with the following –

“With our NDF team, donors and friends we celebrated giving, supporting kids and love. Novak and I were invited on stage to sing and…. we had fun! We are sharing with you our joy and love and invite you to join our community at @novakfoundation.”
