While people still question Dhoni’s form, ability and strength (Read: Ganguly unsure whether Dhoni is a good T20 player anymore), Dhoni proved on Sunday on his team’s match against RCB that he still has it in him to hit the ball out of the park.
It was the last ball of the 13th over being bowled by Yuzvendra Chahal, his very first over. He was bowling a good over so far until the final bowl where Dhoni hit him out of the park and the bowl straightaway landed on the roof!
That’s MS Dhoni for all his critics! He is certainly enjoying being out of the stardom having relinquished the captaincy to Steve Smith.
He made 28 of 25 balls hitting 3 fours and this one insane six. Rising Pune Superstars managed to make 161 and defended it well, restricting RCB to 134/9 in their 20 overs.
