As all tennis players get used to the Tour suspension, we glance over at Karen Khachanov. The Russian is embracing the quarantine by having some fun at home. He even tried his hand at the stay-at-home challenge of juggling a toilet paper roll with a tennis racket.
The ATP Tour is inactive until June 7 as we try and suppress the coronavirus. Life without tennis is a bit of a struggle, and I’m not talking about the players. The players are absolutely fine, staying home, taking in their bonus time off.
Many are even doing their part in spreading awareness regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. As you may already know, hopefully, the best way to combat the contagious virus is to avoid social contact with others.

He just falls short of the 20-touch challenge. More hilariously, though, if you listen closely, you can hear the loose cannon, that is the paper-roll, break something in Karen’s house.
At this rate, his house is going to look mighty different by the end of the quarantine period.
As you can see below, he is trying a few things out as he awaits the resumption of the ATP Tour

Simona Halep was quite fabulous in her attempt at the challenge. She showed off her impressive soccer skills. This lady is so talented, you’d think she was a soccer player.

The players are entertaining the tennis fans even without the Tour. However, we all very much long to see them back on the courts as soon as it is possible.

For the time being, June 7 remains the resumption date, but it all depends on how well we can throttle the coronavirus. We put health first now and in no time we will prove triumphant.
Until then, let the challenges flow.
