Houston Rockets superstar James Harden brought out a hilarious moment during Houston Rockets’s game against New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday. Harden had hit himself on the beard with his face.
It was in the game which Russell Westbrook showed his worth, by taking Rockets to a 126-123 with 28 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds.
It was just at the end of second quarter, when Harden attempted a 3-pointer which was blocked by Josh Hart. Out of frustration, Harden hit the ball on the ground which came back to hit his beard.

James Harden was upset because he had a chance to get the last shot of the half in a tie game against the Pelicans on Saturday night.
Harden has struggled from the floor to open the season. He shot 2-for-13 in the Rockets’ season opener against the Bucks, and was 3-for-14 at halftime against the Pelicans.
The Rockets ended up beating the Pelicans 126-123, but Harden’s frustration is understandable. His shooting has been ice cold through the Rockets’ first two games. Harden was 2-for-13 in a season-opening loss to the Bucks, and 8-for-29 against New Orleans, including a putrid 2-13 on three-pointers. He was able to laugh about it after the game, saying “It hit my beard, so I was protected.”

It wouldn’t be the only time James Harden had a bit of action this weekend. During the Houston Rockets’ opening night loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, he got involved in a heated exchange with Russell Westbrook which went viral.
It appeared as if the two players were getting into a vocal disagreement with one another. It was unclear what the two were discussing during the exchange. There were concerns about Westbrook and Harden not being able to get along throughout the season. However, both players downplayed the matter.
