Although former India captain MS Dhoni is out of the action, he is certainly not out of his training. He is one of the best in business behind the stumps till date even after turning 38 and he has already started practising to return in the squad again.
Recently a video went viral in no time which was posted by an MS Dhoni Fanclub on Twitter where he was seen in the gym. MS Dhoni was seen doing pullups in the gym to be fully fit before returning to the International circuit again.

As per the reports of the New Indian Express reports on October 24, MS Dhoni will be training with the Jharkhand U-23 teams in Ranchi to get back to full fitness.The training camp will start from October 31 for the upcoming national One Day League.
MS Dhoni was last seen in India colour during the ICC World Cup where despite his fifty, India lost to New Zealand in the semi-final. Since then, he made himself unavailable for selection.

“He spoke to a support staff of the senior Jharkhand team, but as they would be leaving for Surat to participate in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20s starting on November 8, he is likely to practice with under-23 boys at the stadium,” a source close to the developments informed.
The Jharkhand U-23 team, however, is scheduled to start their training in Jaipur before a week when they will take on Kerala in the upcoming tournament.
