The name Dennis Rodman always brings into mind all those fierce rebounds in the NBA. “Arguably the best rebounding forward in NBA history”, according to his biography from NBA.com was famous for something far away from basketball.
The basketball hall of fame member who played in 14 NBA seasons, has recently joined video sharing app Tik Tok. No sooner did he post his first video, than the video went viral.
In his first video, Rodman was seen playing with words such as hate, lebron, love, flopping, by either embracing the word or throwing it away. Owl City’s Fireflies was the background track for the video.

Last year, Rodman had expressed his wish for social media being prevalent during his time and said that he would have been a billionaire if it had existed.
“I’d be a billionaire, straight up,” Rodman was quoted saying. “People know me as to be a party guy, the exciting guy, the unpredictable guy, the what is he gonna do next? Who’s he gonna date or marry next? I was so accepted at that time in my career, in the mid-90s and early-2000s, if i had that, oh Lord.”
“I’m not the type of guy that is so visible these days,” he says. “I like to be on the beach more than anything, relax, have a good time, smoke a cigar and see my kids grow up and pass the baton. It’s their turn.”
Rodman, long after his basketball career was over, is seen trending on social media, makes one think he might really have been a billionaire had social media existed during his playing days.
Dennis Rodman played for numerous clubs during the 14 seasons in National Basketball Association (NBA) including the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dallas Mavericks. Famous for his fierce defensive and rebounding abilities, he was nicknamed “The Worm”.
