Talking to 105.3 The Fan, Jones says he finds it okay for people to always talk about his team. “If anybody is thinking we have more said about us, more visibility…that’s exactly what I’m trying to do. I want to keep them talking about the Cowboys. If we got them talking about us, we’re doing our job,” says the experienced businessman. Interestingly, JJ eyes visibility as the main goal to expand his club, which is already worth around $8 billion.
Jerry Jones is keeping his faith high
The big billionaire purchased the Cowboys way back in 1989, February. Because of the long association, the owner has seen several highs, lows, and transformations on his side. However, Dallas last won a title in the 1995 Super Bowl. It is a stat that he would love to change soon.
A man of different hats, Jones serves as the owner and general manager of the team. He is also famous for some off-field issues. Incidentally, the experienced campaigner was involved in a car accident in May, where he allegedly hit another driver. Apparently, Jones was not wearing his seatbelt during the incident.
