The passion and love of sports fans is unparalleled and perhaps cannot be replicated elsewhere. There is great enthusiasm and love in the hearts of the fans and NFL fans in particular, can be very aggressive. This football weekend saw two teams, Texas and Colts battle it out WWE-style on the field in what was quite a closely fought contest.
Although the scoreline will suggest otherwise, the game was a high-intensity battle with ebbs and flows throughout. A viral video doing the rounds on social media showed fans of both teams involved in a massive WWE-style brawl after Sunday’s game.

A fight broke out between the two teams’ fans and multiple men were seen punching and pounding each other, amidst shouts for them to cease the WWE-like violence.
They threw each other from one place to another and let their anger and love for the team take over. Multiple people rushed to separate and de-escalate the situation. A food stall worker screamed in horror, looking at the fight unfolding, and people around struggled to get things under control.
Netizens react to fan war
Week 2 of the NFL saw the Indianapolis Colts register their victory of the season and also their first since November in Vegas last year. Fans of the Colts left the stadium in great celebrations, but the violence after the game sprayed some taint on the otherwise sweet victory.?The win, however, did not come easily, as Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson left the game midway, due to a concussion. The 21-year-old superstar had a stellar game before that, recording two rushing touchdowns in the game!
He became only the third quarterback in NFL history to have three rushing touchdowns in his first two games. He joined an elite list with Daunte Culpepper and Jack Thompson. The young athlete will recover in time for their clash against the Ravens next weekend. The video shared online garnered a lot of eyes and a great buzz. It already has over a million views. Let’s take a look at what the internet had to say about the WWE Royal Rumble-style brawl.
