UFC is one of the most, if not the most violent sport to exist in today’s times. The dangers of playing the violent sport are for everyone to see but it is this very brutality that attracts the masses and the athletes.

The movements and maneuvers that a UFC fighter needs to make during a brawl are not easy and require immense amount of practice and hard work. A viral video clip on the internet showed the moment two fighters, training in the gym, in the middle of a routine sparring session tasted a little bit of danger that is UFC.

Uploaded by the page ‘GLOBAL FIGHTS’ the video showed two men in a gym, sparring against each other with their gloves on, with several others in the background training themselves.

The man in the red t-shirt then dished out a move straight out of Justin Gaethje’s UFC 291 victory move, that saw him win the fight against Dustin Poirier. Analysts called the move a “flush to the mush” and that is exactly what happened in the sparring session. The man went for a hard kick with his shin and hit the mark straightaway.

The accuracy of the kick left the man knocked out cold but he quickly went to check if he was okay.
