Reflecting on the incident, Stamann stated that he heard a loud banging on his door at 6 am in the morning. As he was fast asleep, Stamann was taken aback by such a loud knock at the wee hour. Fearing the worst, the athlete sprung out of his bed and rushed to the door holding a gun in his hand. Unfortunately, what happened next turned out to be quite embarrassing for the 34-year-old.

As he prepared to confront the intruder, Stamann realized that it was not a burglar but an officer from the USADA. Narrating the incident, the UFC star said,I ran to the front door, and just absolutely ripped the door open, just standing there completely balls-out naked. I didn’t actually point the gun at him, but I had two hands on the gun, standing there in a fighting stance.” The two then came inside and the needful was done.

However, the sight of a naked man holding a gun surely took its toll on the official. Stamann elaborated that while signing on his tablet, he noticed the USADA official’s hand visibly shaking. He said,He was trying to sign his name – they have a tablet where they have to sign their name – and I could physically see his hand was shaking. I shook this guy to his core.”

Interestingly, the UFC has recently ended their partnership with USADA.
