Monster truck madness goes too far

Uploaded on Instagram by the channel ‘monstertruckshorn’, the video started with the blue monster truck racing across the turf. The driver then pressed the pedal to go over the obstacle in front of him, but perhaps misjudged the speed he would need.

The excessive speed caused his monster truck to overturn. It toppled and fell right next to the two men in the stands.

Imagine that? You’re sitting in the stands with your buddy, enjoying a thrilling evening, and the truck almost crushes you both. Thankfully for the two men, they were completely unharmed.

The truck driver got out and was safe as well. In fact, he asked if the men he almost crushed if they were okay.

A user spoke about how the officials at the event were partly responsible for the mishap and said, “Annnnnd, this is why the front rows are sectioned off at legit events now. Lol.” This second user, however, put all the blame on the driver of the truck and said, “This was actually not at all necessary. The driver did not have to use the brakes at all and let the truck fall over because he had more than enough space to pull off the save.” 

What annoyed another user was the strategy the driver employed in the end, which caused more harm than good. He said, “Bro was holding the tire like he was gunna stop it. 😑”
