The dangers of Parkour are visible and known to all. The sport is quite extreme in its nature and involves stunts with a great degree of risk and unsafety.

People have argued long and hard against the sport and various laws too were passed in different states with regards to its viability. The age of internet and demand for quick thrills gave the sport an extreme rise in popularity and following.

Parkour stunt almost claims mans’ life

A viral video clip doing rounds on the internet showed the moment a man trying to perform a parkour jump from rooftop of a high-rise building. The clip certainly was not meant for the faint-hearted and showed exactly what people have their apprehensions about the sport.

The video started with a viewpoint of exactly how far above from the ground the man was standing. He looked around from the edge of the building, perhaps mind mapping and calculating his next move.

The man then started his charge towards the jumping point and ran across multiple edges of the building before taking the leap of faith. He lost his footing in one of the jumps and slips in the process, leaving everyone watching the video terrified.

The man held onto the electric wires that were hanging down by the side of the building. If not for those wires being there, the only place the man was reaching was the ground. He frantically held onto the wires and his friend standing on the roof of the building helped him get to safety.

Both men are heard talking and sounded terrified and taken aback.
