VIDEO: Shop Security Guard Gets Into a Grappling Match With a Woman and Fails to Put Cuffs on Her Hands as Customers Watch On

We have come across many situations where a customer is upset with a shopping assistant. Often, customers engage in a very heated conversation with the staff at a shopping complex mostly over dissatisfaction over any of their services or products.

There are some rare events as well where people go overboard and cuss out the authorities which can even lead to physical engagement. In a recently surfaced video, there seems to be some beef between the customer and the shopping staff and it went guerrillas when the woman started screaming racial slurs and abusing the staff.

In a recent event, a woman at the shopping store started cursing and saying bad words in front of the public, and it felt like she was feeling a lot of rage. At some point, the customers around her tried to calm her down, but she continued to exclaim racial slurs and abuse them as well. It came to a point where she started to throw stuff on her fellow customers and this is when the security stepped in and tried to pin the angry woman down.

The man in charge of the security brings her down, but somewhere he is not able to get her into handcuffs as she resists extremely. After some point, when the woman thinks it’s all over for her, she says “Please let me go.”

They have made many comments related to this particular incident. Some were sarcastic, some were hard-hitting, but all in all, it was widely shared.

This particular comment highlighted the use of lasers, which are called tasers in the “police language” and are used to neutralise a person without much harm. A taser is a machine just the size of a trimmer, and it produces sharp electric waves which can turn a person unconscious for a particular period.

This comment sarcastically highlights the mental condition of that abusive customer in the moment as she was really out of control and appeared like a freak.

In any scenario, lashing out at the individuals who are behind the desk, who are there to help you, who are there to assist you, is unacceptable. There should be mutual respect not as a customer or a shopper but as individuals. If there is any misunderstanding, it should be solved with a proper conversation like mature adults.
